Our Shipping and Return/Refund Policy
All of our products are downloadable content, so no items will be shipped. We will not sell our products to anyone located in any OFAC country. With respect to downloads, should you not be able to download the video from our store site, we shall provide an alternate download site, or refund your payment.
Customers are responsible to back up their purchases, and we are not responsible for replacing products once they have been downloaded by the customer. The customer is required to download their purchases or advise us of their inability to do so within 5 days of their purchase in order to obtain a replacement or refund.
